Apartamento Nuevo Duplex

Anfitriã muito simpática, atenciosa e aceitou a nossa chegada tardia sem problemas. Apartamento grande, acolhedor, confortável e com ar condicionado.. Bem localizado. Gostamos bastante.

La amabilidad, limpieza. Nos dejaron meter el coche en el garaje, a la sombrita.

Se agradecería un aire acondicionado en el salón. Por lo demás, estupendo.

Logement spacieux, très bien équipé et situé au cœur de Santa Cruz. Commerce et centre historique à proximité. Très bon accueil on reviendra avec plaisir (merci pour le service pour la voiture).

I cannot say there was a thing we liked, With many years using booking to help us on our travels this was clearly the worst stay we endured. So I cannot say there was something we liked

We were truly disappointed with our recent stay at this property, and we felt compelled to file a formal complaint due to the unacceptable conditions we encountered and the host's unhelpful attitude. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the apartment had not been properly cleaned or prepared for new guests. When we opened the bed, we found hair on the sheets. The shower was visibly dirty, the drinking glasses had not been properly washed, and there was plastic trash on the bedroom floor—not just dust. The sofa cover was visibly stained, and the microwave still had food inside. Additionally, the oven had no trays available for use so we had to improvised a different dinner from what we where expecting to do. The upstairs bathroom had no shower gel or hand soap, which are basic amenities in any accommodation. The air conditioning unit could not be used, as it started dripping heavily when turned on. To avoid damaging the floor and door (it was just above the door of on of the rooms), we had to place a pan and towel underneath it ourselves. The television did not work at all. The hairdryer was very old and stopped working due to overheating. On top of all this, the temperature inside the apartment was unbearably hot. As we weren't able to use the AC, the night was a long and sweaty one, for us and our small kids. Even the portable fans that where present could not help. What bothered us most was the evident lack of basic cleaning, maintenance, and care. It felt as though no one had properly inspected or prepared the apartment before our arrival. We also contacted the host to share our concerns, but unfortunately, her response was not constructive. She treated our complaints as if they were superficial or exaggerated, failed to apologize, and offered no compensation or solution to improve our stay.

Nice appartment. Clean, convinient. Nice warm pallet heater in the livingroom. Good equiped kitchen. Garage to park the car, only a bit of a chalange to get it in if your car is large.

Bathroom upstairs get really very wet when taking a shower.
