very close to cathedral and a lovely location

when using washing machine shower or washing up in the kitchen sink there was an overflow on patio which became soaked . whilst using any of the water . also spiral stairs quite dangerous of a night time

good location air con worked well and was much needed

access to third floor is via narrow and steep stairs - no lift. access would be very difficult for anyone with large items of luggage

Everything was great except the stairs they are very bad

The place is wonderful, even better then on pictures. You are literally in the center of the city. Host was very helpful and responsive. We loved it, highly recommended it.

location heaters provided 15 walk from train station 10min walk to sights chocolates and bubbly left for us we could leave our bags before the check in time shops nearby bubbly and chive left to welcome new year in

the apartment is scruffy and needs updating no tea towel or kitchen tissue rolls to wipe surfaces neighbour woke us up at 2.45am couch tiny and had stains on it (covered by flimsy blanket) sockets hanging from walls juliana arrived 15mins late after being told what time we would arrive and then spent most of her time on the phone stay at hotel Dona Maria (same price for a bit of luxury and next to Seville cathedral) apartment is on third floor - a long way up on narrow marble steps.
