The appartement was cleans and great location

Even though wifi was included in the price we never got it , it doesn’t appear at all , the owner was not helpful at all they wouldn’t answer us immediately they would answer us hours after and kitchen amenities aren’t there and some are dirty , they things we asked for weren’t brought to us until very late in the morning and we had to stay in the apartment waiting and we couldn’t go out until they brought us the kettle, communication with the owner was bad we never got the proper communication.

we didn’t get service properly.no kettle in kitchen.when i ask for it the owner said worm water in microwave to make tea.cleaner came twice didn’t clean properly.gave us dirty bedding.they didn’t gave quilt cover for sofa beds.in living room heating was not working.my girls and my mother in law sleep in cold room.we have to use stairs (45 stairs)to get to apartment.and then she mentioned its attic.it was not in discription.i had my mother in law who is 65 years old a baby 2 years old with pushchair and sister in law with disability.when i mentioned this all to owner and also about service she blocked me from whatsaap.how rude that is.she shuld of come herself and solve the isue.
