Location, nicely furnished appartment, price for quality of service.

Felt at home right away, it looks very new and cosy at the same time. The well maintained building from this apartment is in a lovely neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

As it’s an old building you can hear sounds from other apartments, but that’s not a reason I wouldn’t stay again.

Great size, very clean, amazing aircon! Very modern interior, felt fresh and homely. Great building with kids- nice and quiet and a good sized pool on the roof. Within 10/15 minutes of cathedral and “mushrooms” (which are worth a visit during the day and at night as your ticket gives 24hrs use).

It’s a little bit hard to find and there is no parking nearby. The hotel contact was helpful though in helping us to find it. We got a bit lost in the blazing sun with 2 kids and the walk with our cases from the car park was not fun!! There are some places to eat with kids nearby but it was a bit hit-and-miss with value and quality of food, with better places being closer in towards the centre/across the river maybe so not a problem if you’re prepared to walk.

we very much loved the apartment especially due to its ambience, the building was as per traditional Sevilla architecture with a courtyard and water fountain plus the location is perfect. We would recommend this place and would also come back.

there was a strange smell in the flat - like someone cooked a dish with various spices and it did not go away. Also when sleeping in the living room you could hear the noises from outside, it is not the case when sleeping in the bedroom. Both of them are no deal breakers or reason not to book :)
