La ubicación, el sofá cama es bastante cómodo, la calefacción y el agua caliente funcionan perfectamente.

El parking (un poco estrecho) y la limpieza mejorable.

El piso es tal y como se ven en las fotos, un lugar muy agradable para pasar unos días en Sierra Nevada. Lucia es encantadora y María muy hospitalaria y amable. Justo al lado del telesilla para bajar a Pradollano. Repetiría sin duda.

Localização e vista

Fraca limpeza e falta de manutenção, a casa está muito degradada relativamente às fotos apresentadas. Manchas de bolor e humidade, gavetas partidas, maçaneta da porta da wc partida e espelho desmontado também na wc. Quarto pequeno.

The location is really good - it is 3 minutes walk from the ski lift and in the morning you can have a run without queues. Also view from the apartment is amazing

The apartment needs renovation. There are many places with mold, the drawer in the kitchen can drop on your legs if you won’t hold it, handler in the bathroom is broken. There are so many things that are broken and they can be fixed in hours if owner would like to fix it, but it looks like they just don’t care. Also do not order parking if you car even a little bit wider than Peugeot 206 because entrance to parking is too narrow and bigger car simply won’t fit.

La ubicación en Sierra Nevada era conveniente para acceder a las pistas. La cocina estaba bien equipada con utensilios, platos y sartenes prácticamente nuevos. Cuando reportamos que la ducha estaba atascada, al día siguiente vinieron a solucionarlo.

Tuvimos que reclamar la información del check-in, que no se nos facilitó de antemano. El apartamento no estaba suficientemente limpio para merecer un 9-10 de valoración (previa), y las camas no eran cómodas. Para acceder al garaje había un mando que no funcionaba por falta de pilas, obligándonos a usar la llave. Un 9-10 se obtiene cuando se cuidan todos los detalles: camas cómodas, duchas que no se atascan, mandos que funcionan... La valoración actual no se corresponde con la realidad del alojamiento.
