Quiet residential area close to a relatively quiet beach and swimming pool. Clean new appartment. Well equipped.

Chrisitiano was super helpful guy and very warm welcoming. He showed us everything at apartment and was our support during whole stay. If I was missing something or something went wrong, Christiano was happy to assist and super helpful. Also he gave to us some tips for trips & tried to have our stay super pleasant.

There was nothing wrong, it was really pleasure stay.

The apartment is super nice and it did not lack of anything: it comes with a fully equipped kitchen - even with sharp knives, a dishwasher, a washing machine with detergent provided, two bedroom and a large terrace. On top, it was sparkling clean. The furnishings were tasteful and practical. We were looking forward to spend most of our time on the spacious terrace as well as the community pool. It would have been really enjoyable but unfortunately…

… the surrounding did not allow us to spend much time in the area. The place was surrounded by construction sites: in front of the pool, next to the terrace and all the way to the beach. NO more sea view at the pool side as shown on pictures. The reality is a construction of two new buildings blocking the view with cranes, excavator and concrete mixer. They were even working during the night (that I know as I tried to sleep with the windows open and due to breastfeeding our baby, I was up several times during the night). The construction vehicles were driving by in front of our terrace (as there is a street unfortunately) and the concrete mixer were running all night. Another construction site right in front of the pool and next to the terrace was the highlight of all that. The pneumatic hammer all day did not allow us to spend much time at the pool or on the terrace. Moreover, the terrace is located next to the main entrance of the building with doors slamming all day, people screaming, talking on speaker phone, delivery guys „accidentally“ ringing our doorbell several times for whatever reasons, kids playing ball against our terrace wall, …). We were traveling with a baby that we tried to put asleep on the terrace: a challenging mission impossible with all the noise. No way to just close the doors during the day as the apartment only features doors facing the terrace. We tried to request an early checkout as those circumstances were far away from a relaxing vacation for us but unfortunately the owners did not allow us to and wanted to keep the money. The owners did Notbremse to comfort us in any way. They dismissed the circumstances and did not seek any collaboration. We have never been so happy for an vacation to end and get out of that noise hell. It has probably been super nice staying there before all the construction started but as of right now (and certainly the next months), we can not recommend to stay there and to better seek another area on the island.

Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious, big terrace with lots of sun in the mornings. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet and close to the beach.

The location of the apartment is great in that it's close to the beach and the shopping centre. However La Tejita itself is a little isolated with only a few shops and cafes across the road. If you want to be somewhere with a bit more buzz then better to be in El Médano or Los Abrigos.

Christano was a great host and was very accommodating. The apartment was a Perfect location not far from the airport and easy to get everywhere if you have a car. The apartment itself was spot on! both nice big size bedrooms comfortable beds and a large balcony. Everything in the kitchen you need and was clean and tidy 👌🏻
