ubicación, atención y el departamento

Super bien todo, el servicio espectacular y la ubicacion inmejorable. Lo único que encuentro mejorable es el agua caliente. Tiene termotanque en lugar de calefón y eso hace que mi familia (5 personas) tengamos que bañarnos en dos turnos con diferencia de 2hs para que se caliente de nuevo el agua.

The place is well located, clean and warm. It has a garage which is highly appreciated!

Some info about the wifi would've been nice - and the doors don't fully close because the latches were removed.

"Pueden mejorar"

La ubicación es buena, tiene lindas vistas, fue posible parking cubierto lo cual fue muy bueno por la nieve.

En la publicación dice “dos habitaciones”, realmente es una sola habitación, y en un pasillo tienen acomodado 3 literas verticales, pero no es una habitación como tal ya que carece de toda privacidad si vienen dos familias independientes. En la publicación dice que suministran “productos de aseo en baño y cocina”, se comentó a la persona encargada pero no nos solucionó nada de ello, fue necesario comprar jabón y champú para el baño y esponja de lavar la loza ya que no habían pero sí eran mencionados en la publicación. Es importante mencionar que al entrar al apartamento hay que bajar unas escaleras lo cual influyó en nuestro caso para una persona que no podía caminar muy bien.
