Apartment with pool & balcony less than 10min walk to La Mata Beach!

Cosy apartment, close to the beach (once we figured out the shortcut at the bottom of Calle Granada) and good parking especially to the rear of the apartment complex on Calle Segovia. A few attractions and amenities within walking distance and a handy bus stop for buses into town just outside the building. A 24H shop just downstairs, which was not unreasonably priced for bread, drinks and snacks.

With two young children, we were constantly watching out that the glass coffee table and dining table didn't get banged into. Also, with no lock on the patio doors, we had to make sure the children stayed inside. Otherwise, everything was great.

Complete apartment, had everything you needed!

The bad point was going up to the third floor. He was already dead. Because every time he went to the market, he had to carry water and other heavy things.

Great apartment with good selection of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep which catered for our coeliac child. Mercondonna a few mins walk away. Bus stop and taxi rank right outside with access to La Mata and Torrevieja. Bid thank you to Jenny the key holder who was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Very nice location, great utilities, close to both beach/pool and restaurants, great communication by the owners.

We were ready to check in at 14.00 day of key pickup, i called an hour ahead of time to say we were on our way, i was met with «it’ll be atleast half an hour until we’re ready due late checkout issues», we arrived 1435 a little late due to traffic, meeting were a little off (a little stressed maybe), but understandable since she was a bit short on time no fault of her own. The person picking up the key may have been trying to be funny, but it came across as quite rude. May have been cultural difference, but we did not enjoy the sarcastic snipe made.

This is the first time I have used booking.com for a holiday abroad. I would firstly like to thank the owners, Kasia and Scott for the fantastic, quick and friendly communication from start to finish. They emailed right away to introduce themselves and answer any questions or queries within the day. Secondly I would like to thank Barry and Jenny who live over in Torrevieja and run the apartment for Kasia and Scott. Jenny messaged to make her self known who to contact should we need anyone and Barry even picked us up from the airport, helping us with our luggage and picking us up again for our return flight. (Lovely to meet you) The apartment was extremely clean and as described in the description/photos. The apartment was well equipped with all you should need for a comfortable stay. The pool was a lovely little retreat, just to the side of the apartment and we were welcomed by other users. 10 minutes walk to the beach was perfect and even better that the apartment provided 2 light weight reclinable chairs that could be carried there, not having to pay for sun loungers. Underneath the apartment blocks were some lovely restaurants and bars and over the road was the Irish bar that we made our local. These were not loud from the apartment and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony on an evening. There was also a 24 hour shop should you need anything at any time. The taxi and bus stop were just over the road and a 10 minute ride would take you into the centre of Torrevieja. I would highly recommend this apartment for any one considering it. Me, Husband and two children (8 &6) loved every minute. Thanks again! 😃

The apartment was beautiful and everything was there toiletries, washing machine and tea coffee and a bottle of champagne on arrival wouldn't fault it easy to get the owner on What's app if needed

Couldn't get the TV on English language.

It was good to have everything inside. Sugar, tea, cups and other kitchen stuff. A lot of board games, coffee machine and etc. Really 10 minutes walk to La Mata.

No lift, you need to move your luggage to the second floor by tiny stairs. Too cold inside, but it was January and air-condition exists, it really helps at night. The bed has not standard size. To short for my height (1.84 cm).
