La estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable y, en general, el servicio y las instalaciones estuvieron bien. Las piscinas estaban bien.

Sería recomendable que el desayuno incluyera más opciones calientes. Por ejemplo, además de los productos fríos habituales, podrían ofrecer huevos revueltos, tortilla, bacon, salchichas, pancakes o incluso algún plato local caliente. Lo que ofrecían no estaba mal, pero con un desayuno buffet más variado y con opciones calientes sería mucho más completo y satisfactorio para los huéspedes. La zona de playa de la piscina, faltarian más tumbonas.

Only 1 shelf in the oven and 1 sink plug for 3 bathrooms. You need a car as very hilly and nothing near by so need taxis everywhere. I should have looked into it more before booking as restaurant was on top of very steep hill so having someone with a disability was a problem, they couldn’t make it to inclusive breakfast.

Amabilidad y eficacia del personal. Son muy profesionales y amables. Tuvieron que cambiar el microondas porque estaba un poco desgastado y lo cambiaron en una hora. Lo mismo que con el aire acondicionado. No funcionaba y me cambiaron de habitación en una hora. Cualquier problema lo solucionan rápido.

Las piscinas las tienen que controlar un poco más. Hay bastante gente y algunas personas se ponen a jugar con la pelota o flotador.

Das Appartement war groß und prinzipiell ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Ausblick von Balkon und Terrasse war sehr schön und es gab jeden Abend einen tollen Sonnenuntergang. Die Pools waren nicht überfüllt und es war immer eine Liege frei, allerdings war es bei uns auch nicht mehr sehr voll. An der Rezeption waren die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es war wirklich nicht sauber, überall Staubmäuse und Tische oder Arbeitsfläche nicht sauber. Die Bäder waren ok, wenn man nicht so genau hingeschaut hat. Die Ausstattung der Küche war wirklich mager, kein Salatbesteck, nur sehr kleine Töpfe so dass 500g Nudeln in zwei Töpfen gekocht werden mussten, usw. Tassen, Gläser, Besteck und Teller waren aber ausreichend da. Die Klimaanlage ist auf der Terrasse direkt vor einem der Schlafzimmer. Wenn diese läuft, ist es aufgrund des Lärms nicht möglich zu schlafen! Wir haben die Klimaanlage nachts nicht benutzt, da es zum Glück nicht mehr ganz so heiß war. Sonst ist schlafen mit Klima unmöglich! Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und wir sind oft von Geräuschen nachts (trotz der eigentlichen ruhigen und abgeschiedenen Lage) von anderen Gästen im Haus oder auf der Straße aufgewacht.
