Great apartment in a wonderful town. Warm and clean helpful hosts.

Decent huge flat. The beds were comfortable and it had blisteringly fast internet (though we had to email the hosts as the info on display was incorrect). The central location was a bonus plus parking is really easy and we were able to park directly outside the flat.

Took quite a while to get through to the hosts despite updating our arrival time to be as accurate as possible. Waited a long time outside the building. Three ceiling-based fan heaters/conditioners for the entire place (living room, kitchen and a bedroom) mean't we had a few warm rooms but the place is huge and two rooms at either end open onto outside areas. The radiator-based central heating didn't work. Not a lot of utilities in the kitchen compared to other places we've been staying in, no dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc. The water isn't drinkable and a small supply of water in the fridge would have been a nice touch as we had to go out and find somewhere open to get some. The place is geared for lots of people and so there are many chairs filling communal ares but there's only one shower and two toilets, coupled with the sparse kitchen you may struggle to get comfortable for a longer stay. There is no soft lighting anywhere so you are dazzled by main lights.
