Muchas cucarachas , los calderos daban asco, y la cama era el sofá muy incómodo , no tenía nada de productos para limpiar y flix para las cucarachas , tuvimos que comprar para poder limpiar

What a great little place. Clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a short stay. Nice and quiet, great little outside spot to have breakfast, lunch or dinner in the sun. Well equipped also!

The only thing if I’m being picky was that the fan wasn’t that great considering there’s no air con. But this wasn’t a problem to be fair as there was plenty of breeze with the windows and split door open.

Nice studio with everything you need to cook, fridge and microwave. Very quite, away from main roads.

Host is friendly, easy check in, quiet place.

Cockroaches. I saw review before about cockroaches is this apartment but thought maybe just one time coincidence. It is actual true, there is cockroaches here, saw them few times here, it is disgusting. Would leave higher rating bur firstly need to fix situation with cockroaches. In island they are common but never saw them in any other apartments in Lanzarote. Location is ok, but car or bike is neccessary, it takes 30-40min walking to city. Room is quite dark because of only one small window.

Very disappointed, with the sofa BED. Proper BED, would be Excellent 👌
