Peu d’appartements donc calme. Piscine et abords très propres (entretenus tous les jours) Facilité pour se garer dans la rue juste devant la résidence. Qualité des couchages.

Pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Avec la canicule le ventilateur ne suffit pas à rafraîchir l’atmosphère. Terrasse peu utilisable car en plein soleil toute la journée (appartement du haut)
