Residence Playa Roca

Booked this for my parents, lovely apartment they were very happy with it. Loved the walks along promenade every day.

This is a lovely property which was extremely clean Comfortable large bed good shower, lots of extra touches plenty towels , hair straighteners/ curlers beach parasol , a welcome pack with crisps soft drinks and wine Spacious balcony with mainly morning sun and distant sea view.The owners Magda and her husband were very friendly and met us at the property arriving and leaving . There is secure parking with a remote control barrier

It was quite a way from the centre of Costa Teguise but walkable 15mins although there are bars and restaurants nearer that are very good Also we could hear a bit of music from next door but overall it was very quiet and we slept well

The place was so clean and quiet will everything that you needed . So kind of the owners to leave such a great welcome pack too.

Fantastic location lovely pool

More than we expected! We have been in few countries already and stayed with many hosts but Magda and Sergio are unbelievable amazing! They are such a nice couple and so friendly, made us feel so welcome 🙏 they even picked us up and drop us to the airport! Apartment comes with more than is showing on the booking (there is even a hair straighteners!). Nice and clean as well. Comfy bed (not a sofa bed, but proper mattress) Nice swimming pool area with a bar! Great location and car parking space if you rent a car Close to shops, beach, restaurants etc Thank you so much for making our stay so great! More hosts like those two and the world will be a better place 🙂 thank you!

Had everything we needed, sea view & window opening out wide was a bonus, so was the dolce gusto machine, great hot water

The owner is an Italian couple and the hostess has prepared everything you need and so friendly and welcoming. The room has been cleaned very well and they keep every detail in order for the guests.
