Top View Los Gigantes Air Condition - Panoramic View

Location as advertised - superb view, close to shops, restaurants and beach

Parking is always difficult in the south of Tenerife. This was better than most but not ideal

Marco and Erica were so friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival they provided us with a thorough overview of the apartment and recommended some spots around the island to visit. They even had a fruit bowl, vine and coke for us, which was a very nice touch.

The air conditioning is only turned on from May to September so the apartment was very hot, it would have been good to know this in advance. There were some cockroaches in the apartment.

Fantastic apartment, lovely hosts, great location.

The apartment was a little gem in the Los Gigantes marina. The view was every bit as enchanting as in the photos and the apartment was very comfortable, clean and more than well-equipped. We received a very warm welcome by our hosts, complete with a bottle of wine and a gorgeous basket of exotic fruit that we enjoyed for breakfast throughout our stay. They were happy to give us tips on what to visit and which restaurants to go to. They also pointed us to a free parking nearby (there were always at least a couple of places available when we came back from our day trips in the evening). We had a wonderful time and will certainly come back if opportunity arises.

This is a top notch high quality renovated apartment. Spaceous balcony. Excellent intelligent AC system with two units. The best apartment we have experienced there yet and we have stayed in the area several times over the last 10 years. There is a tiny supermarket right below the apartment. Very convenient.

No cutting board for bread. A street light at the harbour shines partially onto the balcony. The building complex as a whole appears worn and renovations are underway. We knew this going in. Thankfully there was no construction noise while we were there. Parking can be troublesome. Some apartments in the complex offer a private parking spot in the extensive garage below the complex. This one doesn't.

Marco and his wife greeted us at the apartment. Marco then took the time to talk you through the facilities and offered to let us know where were good places to visit (we like to get out and about). They supplied a superb bowl of fresh fruit (some we didn't know what they were!) and a lovely bottle of red wine to enjoy. The views from the apartment are beautiful. It overlooks an active marina (not noisy however!) and gave us many a pleasant evening of just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by and drinking wine. I will note, there is no allocated parking at this apartment. Should you have a vehicle that needs parking, you can either park in the marina (very expensive for whole days) or find some parking in Los Gigantes. We went in August and managed to find a spot most days. If you come back later in the day you will have better luck.

Having to leave and go home!

Our hosts were great,very helpful and welcoming. The appartment was probably the best we've stayed in. Not only the location but the facilities, made it easy for us to have a very relaxed holiday. We can thoroughly recommend Top View.

Very clean and exceptionally well equipped apartment. Good sized apartment and balcony, with view of marina. Very convenient supermarket, bars and restaurants below apartment. Very helpful and responsive owners.

The balcony didn’t get any sun until 4.00pm. Unfortunately the small beach nearby had experienced landslides and was half portioned off, making its usage difficult. The building works around the property were terribly noisy and intrusive, particularly the heavy drilling into the side of the apartment and under the bedroom window. However Marco and Enrica were very responsive to our concerns and moved us to a hotel at their expense, for which we were very grateful.
