"Terrible bad!"

Photo cheating!

No window! The only window in the bedroom shown in their photo is fake! Behind the curtain, there is only a hole on the wall, outside of which is another wall! Bad ventilation! Bad smell in the apartment. The washing basin is as small as a A4 paper! All the information is Photo Cheating!

The location is very local and good though. Close to almost everything within walking distance.

Very small apartment. Looks like it’s not newly renovated as it says in the description. Didn’t meet our expectations. The pictures makes it look like it’s way bigger than what it is. The apartment is very small. Not suitable for 4 pers, more likely 3 pers. Not suitable for tall people either.

The location is perfect! You can walk around the city with no problem at all.

constant & noise water leak from the wc. If you want to rent this property make sure that they fixed the problem.

"you can find much better location in Madrid"

THE most important is that the apartment has not at all natural light and the only small window in the kitchen cannot be opened completely The inside doors are with glass so once one person is awake, everybody is awake. The apartment is clean but less than 50sqm and smaller that it looks on the photos.The water runs constantly in the toilet and the entrance of the apartment is not good The location is central but one big part of the street is quite dangerous at night
