"Super lokalizacja i bardzo dobra obsługa."

Bardzo miła obsługa. Dobry kontakt.

W piwnicy śmierdzi kanalizacja, ściany były bardzo świeżo malowane i nie zdążyły dobrze doschnac przez co w mieszkaniu unosił się ostry zapach farb i w jednym pokoju była przyklejona pościel do ściany świeża farba. Brak okien w pokojach.

Quasi nulla: forse solo il fatto che ogni camera era dotata di bagno privato - Per il resto tutto negativo

Situato in un quartiere centrale ma popolato da ragazzi ubriachi, drogati e barboni che schamazzavano fino a tarda sera. Davanti l'entrata un clochard dormiva ogni sera rendendo quasi inaccessibile l'appartamento - Camere e bagni senza finestre: solo alcune dotate di aspiratori in pessimo stato igienico. Sporcizia in tutto l'appartamento - Sala con Jacuzzi nell'interrato con muffa e incrostazioni - Lavastoglie rotta con ancora all'interno l'acqua sporca dello scarico del primo utilizzo - L'appartamento è situato in un locale adatto ad essere un negozio riadattato ad appartamento - Letti e biancheria sporchi con macchie - 4 delle 6 sedie intorno al tavolo avevano le gambe rotte - Odore di chiuso e muffa in tutto l'appartamento - Dal nostro rientro soffriamo di influenza e problemi respiratori per avere respirato l'aria malsana all'interno dell'appartamento impossibile da ricambiare a causa della mancanza delle finestre - Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo - Abbiamo pagato circa 90,00 a persona a notte + il supplemento per il late check-in di € 40,00 + deposito cauzionale di € 350,00 (rimborsato dopo circa una settimana) per rispettare le regole di una struttura che dovrebbe essere sottoposta a controlli dalle autorità sanitarie perchè inagibile sotto tutti gli aspetti per la destinazione d'uso. - Da sconsigliare

"Comodo el departamanto , pero no se si volveria ."

El departamento estaba bastante comodo , para 7 personas

la ubicacion , no es de las ,mejores. Encontramos gente durmiendo fuera del departamento , en la puerta . y lo otro , tuvimos dos dias con un olor insoportable que venia del subterraneo donde estaba el jacuzzi. Insisto , el departamento estaba muy comodo , pero tienen que mejorar eso del mal olor ,
