El edifico es espectácular, zona y comunidad muy tranquila, extremadamente bello. El balconcito es precioso y tiene unas vistas maravillosas.

El apartamento podría mejorar mucho su decoración y las calidades generales, tanto estéticamente como a nivel de confort (colchón blando que tiende a hundirse). Es una pena que en un edificio tan espectácular no haya un cuidado estético dentro de la estancia.

Staying in this apartment at La Muralla Roja was one of the most amazing travel experiences I’ve ever had! The apartment was absolutely spotless – everything smelled fresh and was maintained to a five-star hotel standard. Communication with the host was fast, friendly and seamless – every question was answered with a smile and a solution. I honestly have to say that after this stay I no longer trust Booking ratings – I truly don’t understand how a place like this can have a low score. The view from the terrace is unreal, like a postcard – the sea, the architecture and the colors of La Muralla Roja feel like a dream. The apartment is spacious, bright, modern and beautifully decorated; every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to complement the building’s unique design. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, and the terrace is huge – perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. Everything exceeded our expectations – photos online simply don’t do this place justice. If you’re looking for a combination of design, comfort and breathtaking views, this is the place. We absolutely fell in love and can’t wait to come back! ❤️‍🔥

La ubicacion no esta tan céntrica

The building is amazing, built by a famous Spanish architect. Loved the pool in the roof, it was really nice. Ideally with car you can visit beaches near by like Moraira or Fusterra.

The decoration in the flat is quite outdated, the AC does not work that well either. I don't mind as my kids are grown up, but the building isn't that safe for kids under 6, really low balconies around.

The Muralla Roja is absolutely stunning—definitely worth a visit! The location is easy to access, and the surrounding neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. However, the complex could use a bit of maintenance, as there’s a lot of seagull shit around the complex. On the bright side, the pool is fantastic, with breathtaking views. If you’re looking to relax by the pool during the day, it can get a bit crowded, but after 7 PM, it’s usually much more peaceful. I came across several comments saying the complex was confusing to navigate, but I found it to be quite intuitive and easy to get around. As for the apartment, it was wonderful! The layout is fantastic, and the architecture felt very comfortable. The view from the living room out to the veranda is simply incredible—crystal-clear sea views!

A few areas could definitely use improvement... We stayed for 4 nights, and I was surprised to find that the property only provided 1 toilet paper roll for the entire stay. This is definitely not enough for a group, especially if you're not traveling alone. The kitchen is labeled as "fully equipped," but in reality, it's lacking some basic essentials for cooking. For instance, we bought our own salt and pepper, but the property’s policies don’t allow guests to leave these items behind, which means the kitchen is essentially bare. There were no napkins either—just a bit of a letdown for the price. Given the premium you pay to stay here, I believe the property could be better stocked with basic necessities. One of the biggest issues, however, was the lack of transparency regarding the trash disposal. There’s a penalty of 150 euros if you don’t take your garbage out before you check out, but this information isn’t provided before booking. We made a non-refundable reservation 2 weeks in advance, and it was frustrating to only be informed of this "special condition" after the booking was confirmed. Everything went smoothly during our stay, but had I known about these extra charges and restrictions beforehand, I would have reconsidered booking here.

Location was superb, balcony overlooking the sea. The building is incredibly interesting, with a roof top swimming pool. Spacious parking through a private remote controlled gate, incredible, very secure and easy.
