Boulevard Luxury by Sebastiana Group

The location of this apartment is unbeatable! It's literally right outside the old town. The apartment is fairly spacious for one bedroom.

As much as I would love this apartment a higher rating, there are a few things that needs to be improved. 1. The apartment generally is slightly run down and can do with a fresh coat of paint or fixing up of the amenities. 2. I don't understand the design of the toilet wash basin area. The table is super low whilst the sink is super deep... totally impractical. 3. The entrance to the apartment building has a fishy smell and it is probably due to the seafood shop one or two doors down. 4. Overall, the apartment feels cold and lacks the warmth of a nice cosy apartment. 5. And I think the owner should update the photos of the apartment. I think the apartment has seen better days and I think it's a bit of a stretch to market it as luxury.

Location is right across from the old town, super convenient to walk to many decent pincho bars.

The interior:

The apartment has an exterior maintenance project which is causing significant noise. Scaffolding and workers literally surround the apartment. In addition thick construction tape makes it impossible to look out the windows. I would not have stayed here had the owner given me disclosure about the apartment condition.

location is the best. right at the edge of the old town. Super convenient with restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.

The whole building was under renovation. The whole façade of the building was covered with scaffolding and there were workers walking outside the balcony. No privacy at all. we just wished that we have been informed about this. Other than that, it is a very nice place,
