"nice flat perfectly located!"

The flat is just as described and showed in photos. Small but cute and with everything you need. It is at the 10th floor of a big building with two elevator and a porter. Perfectly located, 2 minutes walking from the Martianez Complex. The kitchen is very small but well equipped. Towels and bed linnen provided by the host. The check in is made remotely, with the keys left inside a box outside the building. Josè, the host, has been great, always communicating in due time and nicely!

maybe the lack of a balcony, which is however clearly said in the description. The bed is confy but a bit unstable

"Would come again and perfect location."

The mattress was comfy, everything we needed was available to us. Jose was very helpful at any issue we had. The portable fan was a need during our stay so luckily the room came with one.

The bedding was outdated and not comfortable, the bed base was very rocky at any small movement. The TV was harder to work because it was unplugged on arrival. There was an odd smell from the bathroom and blackout curtains might be needed for that first morning sunlight.

The apartment is nice, bright and clean. 3 minutes walk to Martianez beach. Ideal for one person. Also suitable for remote work.
