Feijóo Suite Apartment

Location was good and initially we were quite happy with the apartment. Fairly well equipped. Had to wait outside and a number of phone calls before someone arrived to let us into the property. They were friendly.

During our stay the hot water tank leaked and despite numerous calls to the emergency number no-one came out to us. As a result the whole apartment was flooded by the morning. Staff on the emergency number were unwilling/unable to help until the following morning when they reluctantly moved us to another apartment, which was an upgrade. Since then Magno have been in contact and have refunded us for the night in question and assured us they have improved their responses to any emergency.

The apartment had everything we need for a four night stay

Clean and tidy. Good facilities, including air con in lounge and bedroom

Walls were a bit on the thin side but I popped in my earplugs

A person came personally to give me the key and explained the equipment of the apartment. The location is pretty much in the central. Living room, kitchen and bed room are separated.

A trash bin in rooms and a tissue box would be nice. It was difficult to call a taxi because the street is too narrow for cars.
