The neighbour of apartment start making noises by 4AM. When we call to his attention he threat us verbally and by hitting the walls. It was a very bad experience, the worse I ever had in Booking or taking a “holiday” apartment. That’s not a direct fault of the owner but I would never like to live again next to someone who’s violent. The apartment facilities are also very basic, with a extremely small kitchen and a very old mattress. This was in January 2024.

You will feel it is your home, you can find inside everything you need, she is amazing host and wrote me on whatsapp to be sure of check in time.. Best place i Las Palmas..i will sure back here ..

Noises from street and i think i had a horney woman as a nighbour and she made a lote of noise at middle of night when she was having sex 🤣🤣

Excellent location close to the beach and restaurants/bars. This is a basic apartment but has everything you need away from home. A lovely little nest.

Description states that there is a separate bedroom. This is not the case as this is a studio apartment with separate kitchenette and bathroom
