Level 11 Apartment

Nous avons apprécié l’espace de l’appartement qui est très grand et la proximité avec le port.

L’appartement commence sérieusement à se détériorer : nombreuses tâches sur les murs, la papier peint qui se décolle, le canapé du salon est très sale ainsi que les coussins et poufs. L’appartement n’est pas très bien équipé en termes de vaisselles et d’ustensiles de cuisine, nous étions parfois 7 à manger et il n’y avait pas assez d’assiettes plates par exemple. Les lits sont également très durs, nous n’avons pas très bien dormi.

Alojamiento muy sucio y descuidado. El aire acondicionado de la habitación principal no funcionaba y el propietario no aportó ninguna solución. Las sábanas estaban rotas y no había toallas para las 6 personas. El menaje de cocina muy deteriorado.

The location and view was good, and the apartment is large.

This is the first negative review I’ve felt compelled to write on booking.com. The owner is very unresponsive. Despite contacting him the day before check in, we received no instructions on where to meet or how to get the key. We showed up to the property at check in time clueless and after many attempts at reaching him, he finally answered his phone and told it was still being cleaned. If he had just let us know we could at least gone for a meal or to the beach rather than wasting our time in the lobby with no info. We are a family of 5 and there was only 3 bath towels in the apartment, no washcloths, kitchen towels, hand towels, bath mats, etc. We requested more upon check in and it took over 24 hours for them to show up with 3 more bath towels and nothing else. We had to buy more toilet paper ourselves. There was no handle on the inside of one of the bathroom doors, so our kids and my husband got stuck inside a few times when the door shut all the way. The electricity kept going off and we kept having to reset the breaker. And through all this, the owner was hard to reach and seemed annoyed with our requests for help. I would not stay here again.
