"Very cold flat and poor service"

Rather clean flat (exept windows).

It's very cold in the flat, plus 15 degrees. The warm air from the air conditioning doesn't help. No electric kettle, it takes 20 minutes to boil water for a cup of tea on an electric cooker. Also no soap, no toilet paper. The owner of the appartment did not respond to the question about toilet paper. if you use more of electricity, you have to pay extra. There is no service at all. The cheapest furniture in the flat. I won't go there again.
