L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, proche de la plage et de la balade du front de mer mais dans un quartier calme. Luis nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Appartement à réserver sans hésitation

Nos encantó el apartamento. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la playa, lo que hace que todo sea muy cómodo. El lugar estaba impecable, limpio y cuidado, transmitiendo una sensación muy agradable desde el primer momento. Además, Luis, el anfitrión, fue un detalle total: nos dejó cortesías como cava, cervezas y patatas, lo cual hizo que la llegada fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, un sitio al que nos encantaría volver.

A localização , perto da praia e de comércio . o apartamento tinha utensílios de cozinha , o espaço exterior é muito agradável . Facilidade de estacionar .

Durante o mês de agosto e as temperaturas de verão , seria oportuna a instalação de ar condicionado . Existe um ventilador de teto no quarto que liga mas após 20 minutos desliga sozinho, só é possível ligar novamente muitas horas depois . Além disso a pressão da água do chuveiro é muito fraca . Os colchões não são confortáveis .

Der Eigentümer war sehr sympathisch,freundlich,hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.Bei Ankunft gab es eine liebevolle Überraschung im Kühlschrank :Wasser eine Flasche Wein und Snacks.Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend nur wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden

L'accoglienza e la disponibilità del proprietario! Persona molto gentile, ha soddisfatto una nostra richiesta. La posizione vicina alla spiaggia e a supermercati. Il parcheggio gratuito sotto casa.

Luis the host was acceptionally caring attentive and helpful. My husband left his mobile phone behind and Luis imiedetly sent it back to us by courier. There was no problem with late check out . Apartment is located in quiet estate with little garden area to enjoy morning coffee . We will definitely come back as Can Picafort offers many restaurants shops and nice beach. Location and the apartment is top for the price. Very well equipped kitchen, living and sleeping room. Very helpful host.

Everything was exceptionally clean except the floor in living room. The showerhead in the bathroom is pretty used up and need to be replaced.

Safe and quiet neighborhood. Apartament well equiped, with small garden to relax, eat etc. 5 minutes walk to the beach, super market and good base for exploring the rest of the island.

Nothing important. Shower head maybe should be changed. Some ants in the bathroom but it can happend and was not bothersome.
