El sofá hundido completamente, poquísimo menaje. Limpieza deficiente. Las fotos no son reales.

The only positive thing about this stay was the location. It is situated in a very convenient area, making it easy to get around.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this property. While the apartment itself has potential, it is clear that it suffers from a total lack of maintenance and care. The shower was rusty and dirty, and the kitchen equipment was in the same unacceptable condition (rusty and unhygienic). The sofa was completely worn out and uncomfortable to sit on. The worst part was the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. Despite venting the rooms every single day, the stench stayed trapped in the furniture and never went away (not to mention disgusting wardrobe). We tried to cancel the reservation beforehand. While we understand and respect the "no-refund" policy, waiting a full week for a simple reply is disrespectful. Overall there was zero proactive communication. I received no instructions for arrival or departure and had to be the one to constantly reach out and ask for basic information. Save your money and stay somewhere where they actually care about their guests and the property.

Sicuramente la posizione, scendevamo ed eravamo ad un minuto dal centro e da tutto ciò che ci serviva.

C’era un’odore di fumo terribile, che rendeva l’aria irrespirabile, ne erano impregnate anche le lenzuola e gli asciugamani puliti. Abbiamo dovuto comprare un profumatore per ambienti ed un disinfettante profumato, ma nonostante ciò l’odore di fumo era forte.

location was good nice to walk to the shops bars resturnts and has a nice italna restrent down stairs . Alex very nice man he was there to give me the keys .I would stay there again,

A Toaster would have been good but i do like my toats in the morning .
