Labarta Estudio en Puerta del Sol con parking

El departamento es perfecto para dos, la ubicación es increíble, queda cómodo para recorrer el centro histórico de Vigo. Las instalaciones están bonitas, limpias y da gusto quedarse allí. La anfitriona muy atenta y comunicativa, dispuesta a resolver cualquier inconveniente. Además tenía parking incluído y esto hace la diferencia, ya que queda a 2 minutos caminando del departamento, súper cómodo.

El apartamento ha sido ideal, en el centro histórico, por lo que teníamos a mano de todo. Estaba muy limpio. En cuanto al parking que incluye si vienes en coche, es ideal pues lo puedes dejar prácticamente al lado. Sin duda, lo recomendaria.

Staff was excellent. Very responsive, made self check in a breeze and accommodating. The spot is in a great location, well appointed, comfortable and overall great value.

This is not a "didn't like." It's a "be aware." Shower hot water takes a few minutes to heat up. After it's warm and cozy there is plenty to take a great shower.

1) no check in email was received. We couldn't get into the apartment as this required a lock box key code that we did not have. When we phoned the phone number provided by Booking.com the person we spoke to did not speak English to a level to easily resolve matters. It was a huge struggle. 2) there was no WiFi password anywhere. Once again, we had huge difficulties communicating over the phone about this. Suggest putting a notice on the wall with the WiFi password.

The apartment was located directly in the pedestrian zone with all the shops and Christmas preparations. Although very central, we did not hear any noise from the street. Everything we needed was walkable distance. We were provided free private car parking 3 min from the apartment - exceptional and much appreciated service. The building was nice and safe, as was the apartment. Pet friendly. Self check-in and heater available. We enjoyed our stay very much 😊

Minor thing - The bed blanket was three layers of sheet/blanket/blanket and was hard to keep on at night as was shared by two people and kept sliding/falling apart. Rather put one solid duvet inside a sheet so it does not always fall apart and stays solid.
