Playa 12 - El lujo de estar en 1ª Línea de playa - VUT-4043-AS

La ubicación y las vistas. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas cómodas. Todas cuentan con TV aunque no fuimos capaces de ponerlas a funcionar, no nos importó ya que estábamos fuera todo el día pero... supongo que habría que dedicarle un rato. La TV del salón impresionante de grande y con movistar+

El proceso para entrar con los códigos y luego las llaves. En fin, luego no era complicado pero las instrucciones no eran suficientemente claras de inicio. El ascensor fallaba bastante, vamos que los botones no iban bien así que te pasabas un rato pulsando, a veces subíamos al piso de arriba para luego bajar por las escaleras.

Leider waren einige Dinge in der Wohnung nicht ganz in Ordnung. Das Licht in der Küche funktioniert nicht einwandfrei (Wackelkontakt) und die Dusche im Badezimmer ist ein wenig undicht und das Wasser läuft schlecht ab. Spülung im Badezimmer läuft ständig durch. Ein Badezimmer könnte man nicht abschließen.

The apartment is great, with a lot of space, beautiful views, well furnished. But it lacks details, like pans, plates, cups, glasses, knifes. The attention from the management couldn’t be worst.

Location and size of apt with 2 bathroom s Ocean view

No crib despite early request and consent agreement; one day later after repeated request the crib was delivered . only one trashbag for a family of 5 for 6 days, ridiculous Residual hand soap but nothing for shower or shampoo…

This apartment is superb. We had booked for 4 people but when 2 cancelled we kept the booking and so very glad we did. Location is across the road from the beach. The apartment is beautifully furnished and well appointed, extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

Check in process was not easy for us as we don't speak Spanish and car parking was a little further than we expected, but a minor issue. No problems if you travel light.

Fabulous! Best we’ve ever stayed; great value. Exactly as pictured. Unbelievable views from each room and even a little office (but who can work in this locale?) We were visiting our daughter for 2 days who is studying abroad in Oviedo, but plan to return some day for a full vacation. Book here…so much easier and clearer than AirBnB site.

The only drawbacks were lack of heat from radiators and only decaf coffee. Tried to buy regular, but the coffee maker is a specialty brand requiring a special pod.
