Un poco ruidoso y sin aire acondicionado, solo un pingüino que hacía mucho ruido.

La noia que ens va rebre molt amable i ens va donar molta informació útil. El lloc molt net i correcte, molt luminós. La ubicació excel·lent!

Location was great, easy to find and right in the middle of all the main sites. Staff were on time to welcome us and friendly. Street noise was noticeable but minimal as we were on the 6th floor.

On booking.com this is listed as a 4/5 'star' property, on Google it is listed as a 2* which is much more accurate. We stayed in the 2-bed studio. My main issues were: - we were asked to leave a 90€ damage deposit which was not communicated prior to arrival. - photos of studio appear edited to show as bright and airy but actually quite dark and very small. - no windows at head height you could see out of. The photos show windows with a fabric cover over, these actually were mostly bricked up so the room felt really claustrophobic. - bathroom door didn't have a proper closing door, more like a shower screen door, so not great if you're bothered about privacy. - generally quite a tired property, in need of redecorating. Walls were really scuffed, some had holes in, the bedding had a couple of rips. - bed was so uncomfortable, could feel the springs through and if one person turned over you would be bouncing around on the other side. - the bedside lights were two single lights, wires split and then electrical taped together so they could use a single socket. Huge fire risk and only found this when moving the bed because we had dropped something behind. We paid £110/night and we only really paid for the location. There were a number of other rental properties nearby for similar prices, try somewhere else or Airbnb.

Le personnel est nul ils ont pris une caution de 90€ pour le cheek out alors cest eux ils ont fait le retard On etait prete depuis 11h et on a attendait jusqua l'arrivée de chaqu un de personnel alors le reyard cetati pas de notre faute et elles nous a provoqué avec sa façon de parler

Super céntrico, es un acierto para alojarse y poder ir a todo los sitios de interés de Sevilla. Además tiene muchos bares cerca buenísimos! Y contar con terracita fue un puntazo :)

Podrían renovar el baño, pero por decir algo.

La ubicación es perfecta, para lo chiquitito que es el apartamento está bastante bien, y muy limpio, y bastante bien equipado.

Haría falta una escoba o algún utensilio de limpieza ya que es un apartamento con cocina y si comes necesitas barrer el suelo, el fregadero de la cocina no tragaba bien, y los vecinos de arriba fueron muy molestos e irrespetuosos pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento, sino de las personas que se alojaban en el
