Great location, comfortable beds, great shower.

Reception being closed in arrival and having to collect key from lock box. Having to move apartments after the first night to the one upstairs without genuine reason being given. Not being able to arrange a lot check out when our flight was 20.20pm but had to be out of room by 10.30am.

"Location is perfect, Clean, cleaners were lovely but would not return ."

Location was perfect

Reception staff were cold and unwelcoming, this is a big no for me. I asked at reception on check out to leave or bags in luggage room and he said “no” because he was closing reception and wouldn’t be back for us leaving at 4pm , he then told us we could leave them outside a ground floor unused apartment in front of the pool ??? Very unsafe Pillows need to be replaced, completely past their life expectancy.
