Apartamento Deluxe Playa Alicante

The apartment is very well situated within walking distance of the old town of Alicante and the beach it also has a beautiful view of the bay. The property is very well appointed with all facilities that you would need when on holiday. There is a local supermarket close by together with a couple of cafes. Mabel, the host, is exceptional with nothing being too much trouble - she also responds to any contact very promptly. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

The apartment is exactly as the images. It is cosy and has a fantastic sea view. Lo cation is great. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. WiFi is great.

The location is incredible. Across the street from the beach and in a charming neighborhood away from main tourist area but only a few 100 meters to old district and dozens of restaurants and shops. The apartment is beautiful with tile floors throughout, a well stocked kitchen, amazing Med views, and large number of beach supplies. The host, Mabel, is incredible. She is very quick to respond and is willing to help with virtually any request. I just stayed a week as well as 2 weeks last September and will definitely return.

The only small issue is some construction going on elsewhere in the building. It was sporadic, not loud and only during the work day and really was no bother to me.

The car port is way to small we has an Audi q7 and it was extremely tight to get in and the spot to park in my husband had to climb over to the passenger side to get out . He’s 6 foot 3 .

The apartment was spacious. While traditional, it had all mod cons. The location was excellent, looking out at the ocean and a short walk to the old town. Mabel, the owner, was great..so obliging and helpful and always on hand to answer a query.

Our stay at the apartment was a delightful experience from start to finish. The owner's warm welcome and fluency in French made communication effortless, while her local insights enhanced our stay. The apartment itself was impeccably stocked with everything we could possibly need, allowing us to travel light. The highlight, however, was the stunning beach view, offering picturesque sunrises and sunsets. The owner's recommendations for dining were spot-on, and her assistance in arranging transportation to the airport was greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay was unforgettable, and we're already planning our return trip to this beachfront gem.
