Apartamento Vista Mar

The apartment is in a great location within the main shopping street, the apartnent is on the sea front, looking out to sea, view not obstructed, the views from the balcony are exceptional. So much you can take in the views from balcony and enjoy the sun as well as the view relaxing and taking in the chilled vides on holiday, you never get board of watching the ferries and boats going back and forth. The apartment is well equipt, and the team is on hand to help out should something not be quit right for you. It's nice that you actually get a visit from either the owner or a staff representative to welcome you to the property. Great peace of customer service. I would definitely return to this property, if available for my next visits to Playa Blanca, as I really enjoyed my 21 nights holiday here in June 2025.

Nothing I didn't like, you would have a great holiday here, it can accommodate a full family 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, I was a solo traveller and had the whole place to myself. It was great.

Excellent location overlooking the main promenade and very close to shops, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend Ninen italian a few doors away. Hyper Dino a short walk away for provisions, cheaper than the spars in the main street. About a 20min walk to Playa Dorada, our favourite beach and another 10mins on to the Marina. Very spacious apartment but the smallest bathroom has a very tiny shower so probably only suitable for children. Host responds to any questions and is very helpful. Lovely to sit first thing in the morning and watch the ferries coming and going.

Very narrow steps up to the apartment and no handrail. Beds and pillows a little too hard for us. No cleaning materials left and couldn't find a brush either to sweep the balcony that was full of sand and bits from next doors roof. A few basics would have been good, water, milk, oil, salt, pepper etc. Would have liked to have sat on balcony for lunch but without a parasol it is just too hot. Ok first thing in morning and after abut 4pm when there is a little shade.

The location was perfect, gorgeous views and very comfortable for a family of 5, with older kids, we loved the tapas restaurant underneath and visited lots during our stay

The only negative was only one fan, we got bitten because we had to have the window open

Amazingly spacious inside with a bathroom for every bedroom . A spacious balcony with wonderful views across the sea. Everything was spotless , the kitchen well equipped and we would highly recommend the apartment to any group wanting a lovely base for seeing playa Blanca as it is the perfect location.

I don't give 10 very often but 4 very happy guests. The view was excellent, furnishing perfect for the size of apartment, very clean, Fantastic location but not accessible via car. Communication with owner was excellent. Plenty of space for dads to reconnect with the family. Better for older children 8 upwards, who would have space.

Ferries starting up at 7am. Too hot and only 1 fan. The stairs going up to the apartment. Very busy area (which is also part of the charm. Stairs very awkward to get up and down. 2 showers too small for larger gentleman. Apartment makes a few groans and creaks at night. Sometimes you wonder if someone is coming in the front door. A mysterious door. Always locked but do wonder if someone sneaks out at night to check apartment LOL!
