Cathedral Apartment, upper floor apartment

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It is perfectly located near the cathedral and you have a great view from the rooftop terrace. Elena is a great host who gave helpful information about the town, and places to go an to eat. The pool at the roof is a special treat. When we had a big problem because a bag was stolen, our host was very kind and understanding and helped immediately.

The only thing one should know is, that it is alway relatively noisy around.

The location was an absolute dream. Perfectly in the centre, close to everything and beautiful balcony.

There are no plugs in the kitchen. Minor problem, just use the one under the desk.

It is great when your holiday accommodation meets your expectations, it is stupendous when it exceeds them. The latter is the case for this glorious apartment. Right in the centre of all the action in Seville, but with the added bonus of being spacious, comfortable and well appointed. There is a glorious balcony where you can enjoy a drink or a home prepared meal and watch the world go by. If you are lucky, as we were, you can see the swifts showing off the aerial agility flying in between and around the narrow streets and coming reasonably close to yourself. Truly amazing. Having the roof top swimming pool and sun bathing area is another reason to be joyous, after a long day taking a refreshing dip in the pool is great. Yes the decking is a bit worn, but take care and you shouldn’t have any mishaps. Air conditioning is effective and WiFi, a real essential to travellers, works faultlessly. I found the electronic door lock a bit hit and miss when using the rfid tag at first but with a bit of trial and error I found a way to get a more reliable means of operation. Elena,is always on hand to help if you need it and she seems to genuinely want her guests to get the best out of their stay. There is a comprehensive guide in the apartment, which is very helpful, although I never did find the bins in Calle Francos to dump the trash.

Nothing really, any minor niggles were more than offset by the major benefits

The private rooftop pool and deck with a view of the cathedral was the best part of the apartment. The place was spacious and the balcony was an excellent location to have a drink and people watch.

Great large and spacious apartment with beautiful balconies all around, in an incredible location, 1 minute from the best restaurant ‘El Pinton’.

Amazing.and comfortable space centrally located. Beautiful old building, amazing views.

Since it is central, it was very noisy outside until very late, continuing with the noise from city workers ( street cleaners, garbage). The pool was not heated, which was not communicated, only that it was open ( main reason for the booking)

The location was excellent and the apartment spacious and warm

Would have liked two bedside lamps and tables and perhaps more lighting in the living area. The curtains didn’t fit well and there was a wonky kitchen drawer but these were minor matters

the location couldn’t have been better.

it was a bit difficult to get in the first day with the contactless entry.
