Villa Jupe

Casa con spazi ampi, attrezzata di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Bagno carino con doccia circolare e oblò per la luce, c’erano i saponi per mani e doccia, asciugamani. Proprietario simpatico e disponibile. Wi-Fi ha funzionato perfettamente. Non c’erano insetti.

Il letto matrimoniale in realtà sono due letti singoli, forse non avevo letto bene nella descrizione, comunque molto comodo.

Villa Jupe es un lugar precioso y tranquilo que representa a la perfección la isla de Lanzarote. La casa está estupenda, bien preparada, limpia y con bastante menaje. El apartamento es grande y espacioso, con un patio súper bonito lleno de plantas y pajaritos. El propietario es encantador, humilde y cercano. Una gran persona que se presta a ayudar en lo que se necesite. Eternamente agradecidos!!

La ubicación es excelente para visitar cualquier punto de la isla con comodidad, con mucha facilidad para aparcar en el exterior y todos los servicios necesarios cerca para una estancia cómoda. El lugar es muy bonito y está bien cuidado. El anfitrión es atento y presta todas las facilidades necesarias, y está realmente limpio y aseado.

Hay que tener en cuenta que hay amplias zonas exteriores con plantas, lo que lógicamente atrae la presencia de insectos.

It’s in a good location, close to puerto del Carmen (though do be aware you *need* to have a car if you’re staying here), but without the crazy prices of staying right in puerto del Carmen plus it’s a lot more calm at night (though the house is next to a main road that gets traffic at night).

The house doesn’t have A/C and while normally okay as there’s usually cool wind at night, in extreme heat it’s essentially unbearable. There is very poor cell connectivity due to the thick walls of the house and the internet never works at night.

Se nos presentó varias veces un problema en la casa referente a unos insectos y no nos dieron una solución bastante descontento en ese aspecto

Hello, firstly I have to apologies for late review as to being super busy on my return from Villa Jupe for 3 weeks in March. We were totally relaxed and was left to do our own thing which was great for 3 weeks and to chill out with the chirp of canarys. Juan was a fantastic host where nothing was too much trouble. It's next to a road of course but didn't bother us in the slightest. Short walk to Tias town centre where there is everything you require from supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes. Certainly beats staying in Peurto del Carmen where it gets very manic at times. This area is more laid back wh8ch we're happy with as we went to PDC in a short ride taxi when we felt like it. Clean bed linen was provided every week, very comfortable sun loungers and everything you need in kitchen to cook some great meals if you so wish. Juan even gave us half a dozen super fresh and tasty eggs every week from his chickens which was an added bonus. One thing that could be a great addition to the kitchen is an Air Fryer. You would be able to cook so many more delicious and healthier meals if so desired. Big thank you Juan for making us feel at home.

Nice apartment 5 minutes from Puerto del Carmen. Nice host.

Bad pillows (flat). Although the road next to the apartment is not too frequent, there is some traffic noise during the night.
