La ubicación es excelente! Permite que vayas caminando a cualquier lugar y muy bien conectado. La habitación súper cómoda y luminosa.

Las persianas estaban dañadas y al ser un piso que da a la calle principal se mete toda la luz y el ruido. Por otra parte, el radiador de calor estaba suelto y nos cayó en los pies, por lo que el espacio merece un poco de atención y cuidado.

Muy buena comunicación enviando email con toda la información.Por WhatsApp le solicite información turística y me informó de todo hasta un plano de la ciudad, metro etc...se puso en contacto conmigo para la llegada todo genial el piso esta céntrico se puede ir caminando a todos los lugares de interés.

In this warm and cosy home-like accommodation, feedback is warmly welcomed and managed superbly, promptly and kindly. Thank you Begoña for your warmth, laughs and assistance and our lovely walk to the post office :). Thank you Iñaki for your welcome and buying some milk! Thank you both for sharing some fascinating Basque history. And thank you Daisy for your spotless cleaning. Its good to know that Begoña speaks fluent English and is truly available by text/Whatsapp/phone and her brother lives on the 5th floor in the same building. There is a small Supermarket right next door, and a bigger one just up the road, a Fruiterer across the road, right next to a shop that sells post cards, stamps and has a green letter box outside. Whilst there is minimal inconvenience with sharing the lovely yellow bathroom with one other room, the fully equipped kitchen and Nespresso machine well makes up for it. (the shower over the bath was okay accessible for a walking stick user). It is truly 5 minutes to the Guggenheim, but I caught an Uber to the fantastic ITSAS museum (Sea/Maritime). There are buses too. I had a brilliant time in Bilbao!

I could neither speak Basque nor Spanish but became proficient in sign language, Google Translate and laughing. Some places have minimal English, others speak it well. When I on-travelled to London, I was still saying 'Hola' and 'Gracias'!

停车需要在楼下找街边车位，有时比较难找。公共区域，比如厨房什么的，需要和其他4个房间的旅客共用。

The street was a little loud at times
