Ninth floor challenging if you don’t like lifts although the lift did work fine.

"A pleasant, relaxing few days. Harbour within walking distance, beaches not too far and Gandía town a five minute drive."

It was a clean,spacious well equipped apartment.

Only gripe really was that the pillows were quite hard. Parking not for the faint hearted but usable.

Property was clean and well-designed. Quiet and calm building. Suleika was welcoming

There is a late check in fee of 30Euros . Very bad smell , in the second bathroom. Underground parking spot is so hard to go in and get off so high risk to damage your vehicle especially if you drive a SUV. I preffered to park in the street when i found any spot available instead of using property parking. There is no GYM in the building eventhough it was advertised
