Haju huoneistossa oli kamala, erityisesti wc- tilassa. Yksi makuuhuone oli komeron kokoinen ilman ikkunaa. Ilmavaihto oli huono, jonka vuoksi siirsimme yhden sängyistä olohuoneeseen. Emme valitettavasti voi suositella huoneistoa jos viemärin hajua ei saada huoneistosta pois. Omistaja yhtävällisesti kyllä toimitti hajusteita jolla hieman saatiin hajua häviämään, mutta tämä ei ratkaise ongelmaa mikä huoneistossa on. Meillä oli pääsärkyä ja kurkkukipua oleskelun ajan

L'appartement est grand, spacieux et à proximité de tout.

L'appartement est très sale et puant !!! Dans la cuisine, le frigo n'a pas été nettoyé car il présente des restes de nourriture sous le bac à légumes. Au niveau de la parois de celui-ci et du congélateur, il y a une couche de glace de plus ou moins 1cm d'épaisseur. Au niveau du salon, les rideaux sont tombants et effilochés dans le bas. La table de salon a été peinte avec une peinture qui laisse a désirer. Lorsque vous poser vos bras dessus, ceux-ci collent à la table. La télévision ne comporte aucunes chaînes espagnoles, il n'y avait qu'un système style "IPTV". Côté salle de bains, là c'est le summum !!! Au premier abord, on a juste envie de fuir. La lunette de toilette est totalement inadaptée. La tenture de la baignoire est sale et inadaptée. On a même eu la visite d'un cafard de plus ou moins 6cm de longueur dans la baignoire ainsi que dans la cage d'escaliers. Lorsque vous prenez une douche et que la porte est fermée (puisque nous étions 3), vous avez l'impression d'être dans un sauna. Aucune ventilation. Des odeurs provenants des canalisations sont permanentes. Les tentures de la chambre donnant sur la terrasse sont sales et déchirées. La planche de la garde-robe est abîmée, le bas de la garde-robe est manquant. Les oreillers comportent des housses de tailles différentes. Cet appartement doit être entièrement rénové !!!

Easy check in and good location.

Unfortunately it is in poor condition, with grime on kitchen handles and stove, dirty doors, some mold/rot in the bathroom and poorly installed floor with large gaps in the wood. Large construction project next door. Having to empty a 10 gallon water jug daily because of poor air conditioner drainage (not disclosed until well after booking). Large dead cockroaches in the building hallway. Resulted in us leaving early and finding other accommodations.

The host is so lovely and caring. We had great communication, and the property was as described. The location is amazing, close to everything but in particular toe the beach.

We liked everything.

Bright and airy apartment near the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds. Helpful owner.

Up 4 flights of stairs. Noisy apartment so need to keep windows closed at night

The location and facilities were great! Claire and Michael are wonderful hosts; nothing is a problem.

Disappointed with the conditions of the apartment, bathroom is in very poor condition, water dripping from bathtub ceiling and bad smell and the apartment was very dirty and very noisy, apartment is in a good location but it is on the third floor and no elevator
