We really loved the location, it was close to amazing restaurants and the beach, many playgrounds. It’s like 20mins walk along the beach from the old town - but It worth the hustle as the toddler can burn their energy. The apartment was indeed better pictured as in reality but all in all, there’s almost nothing to be picky about: good location, clean, convenient for a family of 3. Maybe a few coffee drops would have been nice for the price we paid but otherwise we really liked it. Staff was amazing! Communicative and friendly.

The only thing to consider which is not the property’s fault is the loud Spanish streets. :) On the weekends you’ll find yourself in an amazing set up of people chatting and standing outside on the street which wouldn’t be a problem unless your 2 years old can’t sleep and you end up soothing for 3 hours instead of being able to join the crowd. 😆 Being this said, if you have a troubled sleeper toddler you may want to consider a less popular location 🙃

The apartment is super spacious, nicely furnished and comes with everything you need. It is close to many nice bars, supermarkets and - the highlight: the beach! A stroll by the beach promenade takes you right to the city center.

There’s nothing not to like about the property. If I had to improve something, then possibly that the apartment comes with some coffee capsules/tea bags and/or salt and pepper.

The location was great, in a more "local" area but just a walk along the beach from the old town. It can get a bit loud at night, as a popular pinxo spot it just outside. For the warm nights, there is no AC, but there was a fan. Check-in process was super smooth, through a phone app check-in. (But make sure you have your phone charged and have data, so that you're able to use it!)

Some house basics weren't there, like hand towels for the kitchen. But not really a big deal, as you're mostly out and about anyway.

The bed was not comfortable. One night okey but after four nights my back hurt.

The layout and space is great, the staff were attentive with very quick replies to any WhatsApp messages and the location is fantastic in the Antiguo.

There was some noise from neighbours etc but the staff have taken the feedback and will remedy for future guests I’m sure!

Property was in a superb location, away from busy old town area. Staff were super helpful, and accommodation was spacious and bright

We were expecting a 'welcome pack' of food, there was none, there was not even condiments left in the property, also only 2 dishwasher and laundry tablets

The apartment had a modern kitchen, including a coffee machine and a washing machine. There was a small balcony, comfortable bed, sofa. Portable air conditioner and a fan. Walking distance from bus stop and loads of local cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping. A few minute walk to the beach. A 20 minute walk into the heart of San Sebastián along the esplanade.

We found the property which was located on level 1, to be very noisy. We were woken several times, at all hours of the night by loud raucous voices calling out at 2, 3 even 5 am. The apartment also got the noise from the bar & restaurant which was directly underneath. As well as all the noise from the neighbours above, and they must have been doing renovations. If you wanted quiet, this apartment is definitely not it.
