Very good location, the apartment works well for 2 people.

Difficult check-in. I was asked many times, when I would arrive. We arrived precisely as agreed, but 1: the apartment was not ready and 2: we where not able to get in with the code that we had received, as this only opened the apartment door, and you cannot get into the building without a key. Earliest check-in at 16.00 and latest check out 10.55. You are supposed to place the garbage outside the building when you leave, still they say that you will get fined if you put out garbage outside the period of 8 PM to 11 PM??? There was only one wineglass in an apartment meant for 4 people, so we had to sit and wait for our host to bring a second one. There is a free parking available, but you have to walk 25 minutes, or take a taxi (about Euros 7-8) to get there.
