Excellent location near the strip but never bothered by noise. Met by a lovely manger / host who was super friendly and even hung around for us when our transfer was late

No safe in the room No air con but fans were available

The apartment was a bit dated if I am honest. We struggled at night with plug in fans and there was no wifi available

We had a wonderful stay at Franck's beautiful apartment in Levante. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, and it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the breeze from the sea, which was only 400 meters away. Franck was very friendly and helpful, and he made sure we had a great stay. We would definitely recommend his apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Benidorm.

The only suggestions I'd make are perhaps some TV channels or availability to log in to any streaming services (although that would require WiFi) for those who don't want to/can't head out at night, and a lock for the front gate so the front door can be left open to enjoy the breeze without compromising security, especially if anyone is staying with a young child or pet. There's nothing to dislike at all!
