The location of the property is amazing. The bed and the laundry room are great.

The kitchen utensils need an update. The tv works so-so or it is just the remote.

It is a very thoughtfully organized flat, equipped with multiple handy items. E.g., they provide two sets of keys, there are several (!) extension wires available, a foldable stand on the kitchen for someone who is too short to reach the upper shelves, various tableware, including plastic ones for children. Also, the communication with the host was very easy. The flat was clean, it has a good soundproof, double glazing, and there is a lift in the building.

Well, be aware that the weather in January on the North of Tenerife is a bit unpredictable :). A heater is available, but it is still a good idea to take a warm pyjamas and slippers to feel comfortable.

The apartment was clean, and we received a hotel service in this place. I recommend reserving parking for this place.

We recently stayed at the apartment for six nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The apartment was exceptionally comfortable, with cozy beds that made every night restful. It was very clean — everything was spotless, creating a welcoming and fresh environment. One of the standout aspects of this apartment was how thoughtfully it was equipped. The owner has considered every little detail to ensure guests have everything they might need during their stay. From kitchen essentials to small touches that made it feel like home, it was evident that a lot of care had gone into preparing the space. The location is another big plus. The apartment is conveniently close to the centre of La Laguna, making it easy to explore the town, shop at nearby supermarkets, or hop onto the motorway for further adventures around the island. Parking is available for an additional €5 per day in a garage just a short walk away. While it's convenient to have secure parking, maneuvering out of the garage can be a bit challenging and may require some practice.

Great location, near the tram/buses/Mercadona. Lotsa things provided (coffee, toiletries, herbs etc etc). Nice building, good roof terrace. Laundry was useful.

Good location to explore La Laguna, tram or bus to Santa Cruz, and a base for the Anaga Peninsula.
