The only downside was the old windows—they couldn’t be properly closed, so it was quite noisy at night.

We slept in Entresuelo B. The apartment has good potential: it's nice and quite spacious. The position is also great: it is at walking distance to the beach and the oceanographic and with less than 30 minutes of public transport you can reach the city centre. The bed was clean and comfortable and we were provided plenty of towels.

That apartment is kept very badly, with mold on the taps and furniture dirty and spoiled (the sofa is stained and full of holes). We also found the apartment quite dirty, with crumbs and hairs on the floor. We wanted to clean up but the vacuum cleaner wasn't working. Maybe this is the reason why the floor was so dirty...?

Apartamenty spełniły nasze oczekiwania. Byłam z grupą znajomych ( 8 osób). Świetna lokalizacja (parkingi bezpłatne w promieniu 800m), kilka kroków do sklepów. W pokojach klimatyzacja ( można było dogrzać lub schłodzić pomieszczenie). Cicha okolica. Dostęp do żelazka, aneksu, suszarki. Obok wypożyczalnia rowerów- którą mega polecamy !:)

W jednym z apartamentów zepsuta suszarka. W apartamencie dla 8 osób, ostatni pokój po lewej ma uszkodzone drewniane "zasłony" co uniemożliwia całkowite zamknięcie/ zasłonięcie.

На жаль, пунктів які не сподобалися було більше. Прийшлось мити підлогу самим, на кухні немає нормальних сковорідок, чайника, дощечки для нарізання. 1 тупий ніж. Не працює витяжка, телевізор не ловить інтернет, у ванні зіпсовані двері, ржавий душ. Фен який виглядає так, ніби його смажили на вогні і не працює. Пральна машина страшна. Комунікація власника чи менеджера жахлива.

Room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Great location.

Checking in was a bit difficult, but staff sorted it out rather quickly

Property was ok, we chose the location as we had limited time in Valencia and it was easy to get to from the motorway. It is close to the city of Arts and science - about 20 min walk. There are plenty or bars and restaurants in the area. Love the checking system . All on your phone . Easy to get to the old town by bus or tram.

The apartment was ok, although needs a little of TLC. The whole building seems to be holiday let. The people above us were very noisy and could hear them the walking up and down their apartment. They were partying all night - so not recommended if you want to have be rested and have an early morning .
