Modern house in Puerto del Carmen

Very good communication from the owner prior to arrival on the exact location of the villa and how to gain entry. Everything was present for a good stay. Aircon throughout, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and patio furniture. More than enough towels provided for our stay, no issues with hot water, uk tv via the Internet and reliable if not amazingly fast wifi. The villa was clean throughout. Only a 6 min walk down to the front.

Not really a negative but the pool area is very quiet with this mainly residential. There were times I was the only person around the pool. Sometimes nice to be quiet but on the other side lacked atmosphere as a result. Booking.com show this accomodation half way up the road, it is not, it is the very last building before the motorway at the top (I was aware of this and quite happy with a short walk)

Lovely apartment in a great location. The apartment was very spacious & clean & had everything we needed for a short break. Short walk to Spar (3 mins) & close to the mid-strip & beach (7/8 mins), Old Town is walkable too (35/40 mins via seafront). We loved spending time on the balcony with sun loungers & dining table – it’s also well sheltered from the wind in the evenings. The pool in the complex is clean but unheated so expect it to be fairly cool early season. The owner Paul was excellent & responded promptly to communication and was really helpful with advice etc. I would definitely stay again if I was returning to Puerto Del Carmen.

Close to everything

Badly in need of a deep clean . Very old fashioned , shabby furniture. Double bed too small for a couple . No aircon . No umbrella at the poolside therefore couldn’t sit at the pool .

The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, and bars, while it is also very quiet. I highly recommend the apartment—excellent value for money.
