El piso en sí estaba limpio y la ubicación es buenísima. El personal ha sido muy amable.

La nevera hace mucho ruido, la gran mayoría de la vajilla y los vasos estaban sucios, es decir, se notaba que, seguramente, no se habían usado en mucho tiempo y nadie los ha limpiado. El mobiliario era en general viejo y con manchas. El balcón tenía muchos trastos. Los ascensores estaban estropeados muy a menudo. En general, por cómo era el piso y lo que hemos pagado creo que era excesivamente caro.

The apartment has great potential. A large balcony with a stunning view of the beautiful beach and sea, where you can enjoy truly spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Comfortable beds. It’s great that the apartment is equipped with a washing machine and most of the essentials like a hairdryer, drying rack, towels, etc. The building is located in a gated community with a nice swimming pool and pleasant surroundings around the pool area. The location is also excellent — close to restaurants and public transport. Communication with the host was excellent — I received detailed instructions, and finding the complex, building, and apartment was very easy.

Many of the kitchen dishes were not properly washed. The cutting boards definitely need to be replaced — I didn’t want to use them even after cleaning. The toaster in the cupboard tripped the power when we tried to use it, so I assume it also needs replacing. The fridge was clean, but the door hinges should be changed to open the other way. The sofa in the living room could use a deep clean. There’s a strange smell inside the wardrobes, although luckily it’s not noticeable in the apartment itself. I did find some bedside cabinets that were fine, so I used those for my clothes.

В здании работают три лифта, что делает подъём комфортным даже с багажом. Территория комплекса закрытая и охраняемая — вход по ключам через калитку и ворота. Особое удовольствие доставляет ухоженная территория с двумя бассейнами, один из которых с подогревом — отличный вариант как для взрослых, так и для детей. Апартаменты просторные, идеально подойдут для размещения большой семьи или компании друзей. Нас было четверо, и всем было комфортно. В спальне — большая двуспальная кровать, в гостиной — удобный раскладной диван. Также есть отдельная комната для отдыха и две односпальные кровати на кухне. Просторный обеденный стол расположен под кондиционером, что особенно ценно в жаркие дни. Кухня полностью укомплектована: электрическая плита, раковина, холодильник, стиральная машина — всё в отличном состоянии. Важно учитывать, как и в большинстве испанских апартаментов, что нельзя включать одновременно все электроприборы — может выбить электричество. Постельное бельё — белоснежное, очень чистое. Много полотенец как для дома, так и для пляжа. Вишенка на торте — огромный балкон с великолепным видом на море. Это один из самых впечатляющих моментов нашего отдыха. На балконе: большой стол, сушка для белья, стулья, пляжные зонты, кресло и всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха на свежем воздухе. Хозяин — внимательный и отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь. Нам очень понравилось расположение: внизу несколько ресторанов, в шаговой доступности супермаркет. Пляж — в двух шагах. Он просторный, чистый, с пологим входом в море и тёплой, прозрачной водой. Есть бар и ресторан прямо на пляже — удобно и приятно. Наш отдых здесь был просто великолепным. Мы остались очень довольны как жильём, так и его местоположением. Рекомендуем на все 100%!

Location was great!

Washing machine was just a basic one. It didn’t clean the clothes properly. Kitchen was equipped with various utensils and vessels but a pot type vessel was not available.

Very good location and parking

The shower was broken, hot water stopped on 2nd day, had to cancel my plan to stay at the property for someone to visit to fix the hot water. (Owner should take time off and come with spare key to fix the stuff. Never acknowledged to fix the shower either, very poor customer services) on checkout bin bag need to be taken out of the property to be thrown on the road (so 7th floor apartment, take it on ground floor, then walk out of the car park, out side the building, cross the main road to be chucked on the public road bin.) this was so inconvenient at 6am.

Fantastic view from the terrace, close to the sea, tram, bus and places to have food and drink. Really nice pool and view.

Haven’t recognized by myself - although 1 friend who is not a perfect swimmer said pool was too deep for him
