Location is amazing especially if you are interested in 16th century Spain or food or wine! So many historical sites and shops within walking distance. My room right between two busy plazas was modern, clean and well equipped…perfect for my needs. (I did wear earplugs when I was finally ready to sleep after midnight on Friday and Sat nights/mornings.) I started several mornings with a fantastic cafe con leche at bar Juanito right next door; great staff there.

I like the design of the appartment. For small enough space it fits a lot of facilities and did not seem too small, at least for 3 people.

I did not like the fact, that the cost for cleaning (50 €) is charged by default. Then we paid 24 € (8€ per night, 3 nights) for parking, which was in separate location and in fact there is no other option then to park there, if you want to rent this room in pedestrian area.

The noise from the construction next door. Be aware that it advertises two bedrooms but one bedroom has no privacy since it’s open space to dining and seating areas

This apartment is very well located in the heart of Sanlucar. You get lots of local atmosphere just by opening the terrace door, but even more if you walk the few steps to the closeby plazas. We loved it!
