Skvělá komunikace s majitelem při řešení problémů, prostorný apartmán, dobré parkování ve vlastní garáži.

Byla hodně opotřebovaná a špinavá myčka na nádobí, raději jsme ji nepoužívali. Nádobí a celé vybavení kuchyně nebylo nic moc udržované ani čisté. V ložnici, která je situována do ulice, je velký hluk z ulice, v noci je to nepříjemné. Je to na spaní se špunty v uších.

Sol pas propre à l’arrivée. Aucun rideau occultant. Un tout petit parasol pour une terrasse qui est super ensoleillé. Le pire les poubelles sont en faces . Tout les nuits il vienne vider les poubelles et les benne à verre ( même le week-end) un bruit d’enfer… des travaux dans les appartements tout autour perceuse marteau etc à partir de 6h du matin . Conclusion je reviendrai pas

No aircon , difficult to sleep during a particularly warm period

Very tired in need of maintenance, beds not very good for people with poor mobility very low down. All outside chairs split down back in same place. No access to uk tv

Such a great location. The terrace gets the sun in the evenings which is lovely. Perfect for group travellers

Nice property in a good location Well equipped for our needs. Property clean and comfortable.

The biggest issue with this property is the blinds Main bedroom was just too bright in the mornings. The blinds on the patio doors in the living room are not the best needs sorting.

Car fob not there on day we arrived and no warning, so had hassle of phoning and finding somewhere to park. No apology. When fob did arrive, a car parked in front of next garage, meaning it blocked turning space to get into garage, so had to continue to find space on the road. Not owners fault but something need to be aware of. Apartment needs maintenance- broken blinds on the floor and walls crumbling. Pool dirty and in need of repair. See through blinds, doesn’t feel private and light from path shines through. As others have said, drains smell in bathrooms, so have to keep doors closed. Wasn’t completely clean. 2 cockroaches were found in apartment. No toiletries in bathroom, as picture shows, had to buy own soap. Central but means you get noise at night from people coming back from bars.

Location

Advertised with parking space. No fob available, advised previous tenant had taken home and would be supplied asap. Spoke to person in block in charge of parking and was advised that sunkeyrents did not have a parking space And new key fobs had been sent to owners

Fantastic location. A really good size apartment.

Pool area needs alot of work. As it was right on the corner near to the rubbish storage, there were loads of flies in the property.
