The area and its availability of eateries, local shopping, a very nice outside terrace. Exceptional clean and well-kept pool area and interior areas of the apartment block.

The ceiling fans are not adequate on hot days and nights. Would suggest air conditioning being installed.

"Pleasant & location good. Outdoor space excellent but no sun until 13.00."

Location being on the side facing large apartment block. No sun on terrace until 1pm. No sea view. Only if you stand on a chair or lean over side of terrace.
