Location was fantastic and the apartment had everything you need. Modern and tasteful.

Problems getting into apartment as wasn’t sent codes for the door. However a very helpful person turned up once I managed to get through on the phone.

Gorgeous, spacious and clean apartment with a pretty view.

There is not an entry plan that makes sense. We were told to download and app but no code or anything was ever sent to link it to the specific door so it didn’t work. This left us sitting outside with all of our bags and kids for an hour while my husband had to drive to get physical keys from the owner.

Very stylish and spacious apartment, with a great balcony! Location right on the harbour, friendly host. We could not have wished for anything better!

The apartment was perfect and centrally located, which is great.

To gain entry to the apartment you need to use the Nuki app and gain entry via the app. This didn’t work and although one set of keys was provided this was not practical for our group of four. Using an app and relying on this to gain entry to your accommodation in a holiday destination is not realistic and added unnecessary issues.

Everything. It was perfect. Stunning view from balcony with a swinging hammock chair in the turret. Huge tv (although only turned it on once) with Netflix. Didn’t see any English channels. High tech air con, metal shutters in the bedrooms accessed via a switch on the wall, motorised sun shade on the balcony. The shutters made it so dark in the bedroom, it was great. Main bedroom double bed with en suite. Bed and pillows are so comfortable!! Slept amazingly. Second bedroom two singles and second bathroom just off the kitchen area. Apartment has everything you could need. Cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle. Well stocked with cutlery and plates etc. small welcome pack of coffee/teas etc. Complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms. Laundry room with washer /dryer. Near to beaches, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, inside the marina and outside. The big red open top tour bus stops two minutes away from the apartment at bus stop number 1 near the big wheel. Couple of issues raised to companies attention being two broken corkscrews, balcony cushions were a bit grubby and one had a hole in it. Otherwise perfect and would love to return!

No pool Trying to use the Nufi app that I downloaded before arriving was a nightmare. The main communal door didn’t match the description of any of the locks shown on the Nufi app. After 15 minutes of trying various ways to get in with the app, had to call them to gain access. Fortunately it was late afternoon. Not sure how you would get in if it was late at night? Once you get I to the apartment, there are keys to use from there on.

The location was superb and the apartment looked exactly how it was pictured, we even felt it was a bit roomier than from the images. For a group of four it was wonderfully spacious and both of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms with showers. Beds were comfy and the king bed was the perfect size.

Check in was a weird experience as we notified the hosts a few days prior be arriving early but got no response if early check in was ok or not. Once we arrived, we again messaged them and asked for instructions, went to lunch to wait it out and arrived at 2pm for check in and had still zero contact from hosts 😳😳 I was already scared we had been screwed but after 30mins of calling to their number someone finally answered and promised their colleague would call back. Very odd and unpleasent check in process. The kitchen could have been better equipped and the kitchen tables were not cleaned thurrough, and there were small ants walking in the table. The towels at the apartment did not wipe water at all 😲 we requested new ones which were a bit better, but they were not delivered right away and were not very good either. This was very bizarre. Also the apartment smell was a bit moldy - we are not sure if its common in Benalmadena but the smell is quite distinctive.
