The view from balcony was stunning

Everything was fine nothing to fault

Location waa good, close to the beach, but owner communication was never seen, sent wrong access code after 2 hours urging and waiting, than no care, luckily local lady heled us.

Horrible communication with John, morning arrival day I was asking for access codes to building and app.,, but owner haven't sent even 2 hours afrer our evening one, so we had to wait and urge him by phone, mail, boolimg message, bot responding to any. Then finaly send access code, but wrong ine and stopped communicating. Luckily local lady helped us with correct access code, otherwise we should spend a night probably on beach. Next contact from John second day afternoon. Never met with such as approach.

Great wee apartment. Perfect location in Calpe. The view from the apartment was beautiful. Good size for a 1 bed flat. Apartment had everything you could need albeit a bit basic. If staying for a week or so it's perfect. We didn't take the parking option but if your going in the summer a good idea as on street parking is pay & display. Great WiFi signal too.

Bed was uncomfortable and squeeks. We tried sleeping on the sofabed but no better. Shame as it was the only issue...... Bathroom could do with a refurbishment but still perfectly functional & a good size.

The apartment is in a perfect spot. The balcony/terraza is about perfect, both for a breakfast in the rising sun, and for an evening glass of wine . Our 2yrs old has loved the proximity of the beach and the pools on prem.

I think the lighting in the bathroom could be improved, and there is a lack of cupboard space in the kitchen

The apartment was clean and bright. Adequately furnished and had enough equipment for self catering. The heating was good for a winter visit. The balcony had great seating and wonderful view.

I didn't receive the access codes for entrance gate and door until I arrived at the Amatista building. When I received them the codes were outdated. I had emailed John Jansoone 2 days before I arrived but with no response.

a very short curtain for a small shower, and the sofa in the living room is very hard seating, the bed is rather small
