Great beach location and Mateo was very helpful and easy to communicate with. As others have stated the stairs to the bedroom might not be great for those with balance/mobility issues but for us it was no problem. We would return for sure.

The views are amazing. Very comfy bed and all that you could possibly need to cook and wash

Great location, Matteo was very helpful. Apartment was well equipped.

The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor and the steps are quite steep. Not a problem for us but something to be aware of.

location is perfect, right in front of the beach. We visited Villajoyosa many times so are familiar with the location. This authentic apartment is on the 3rd floor which means 3 stairs to climb, also the bedroom has stairs to climb so keep that in mind Do not expect a 5 star apartment, these authentic houses are all small and old. However all you need for your stay is there, the reason to pick this apartment is the beautiful view at the beach and sea. The host Matteo is top.
