Das Ferienhäuschen hat uns super gut gefallen. Die Anlage, in der es sich befindet, ist super schön und gepflegt. Direkt dort befinden sich auch ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Pool. Das Haus selbst ist klein, aber reicht für 3 Personen völlig aus. Es war alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es mangelt an nichts. Neben einer Waschmaschine, was für uns im Urlaub immer wichtig ist, gibt es sogar ein Bügeleisen und ein dazugehöriges Bügelbrett, was wir in den Ferienwohnungen zuvor nicht hatten. Das Häuschen ist super liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Terrasse verfügt über einen Tisch, an dem ohne Probleme 3 Personen Platz finden können. Darüber hinaus hat man hier zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten. Der kleine Vorgarten ist super schön angelegt und bietet ausreichend Sichtschutz zur Gasse vor dem Häuschen. Alles in allem war dies die schönste Ferienunterkunft, die wir bis jetzt hatten und wir waren schon sehr oft auf Fuerteventura. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Wenn man auch im Urlaub gerne zu Hause kocht, ist der vorhandene Herd (2 Kochplatten) etwas klein. Dennoch kann man sich ohne Probleme selbst verpflegen, da es auch noch eine Mikrowelle gibt. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist nicht ganz so bequem, aber für die Dauer des Urlaubs hat diese trotzdem völlig ausgereicht.

Pretty standard holiday apartment in a typical Canary Islands complex (shared pool). The positives were the space and terrace, and the high ceilings which made the small duplex apartment feel less cramped. The lounge also has a good TV box with a wide selection of on-demand movies and TV shows (good for relaxing in the evenings before bed). The main negative was the bed, which was VERY uncomfortable (soft and old) and only came with one thin pillow. I recommend that the owner changes that mattress as soon as possible, as I see in the reviews that others have complained about it. That said, the owner was otherwise helpful with check in, and even allowed for a late check out so they were overall accomodating and friendly. Some additional notes that could be useful for future guests, or feedback for the owner: more toilet rolls and bin bags will be needed for any stay longer than a weekend (only 1 bin bag provided for a week). The shower head is really rusty and needs to be replaced (luckily there is a second head which works fine so we used that one). The shower drain is clogged and it very nearly flooded the bathroom. The bathroom window also doesn't open, which means the bathroom always smells a little of damp and drains.

Really nice, clean and cosy place. Shopping area, restaurant and beach within comfortable reach. You get everything you need in the house (kitchen utensils, washing machine, microwave, fridge and others)...not to mention really nice looking private terrace place and garden.

We liked the location of the apartment, well exposed and quiet, the furnishings and careful cleaning!

It is a nice appartment in a good location of Costa Calma with all the equipment and free wifi. The communication with the host was great.

It would be great to clean up wardrobes in the kitchen there was really mess.

The apartment is perfect for a couple, very clean and quite fully furnished for a holiday home, with quite lot of space for a 55m3 and a lovely terrace. The laundry machine was a very plus and very useful. It is locate quite close to the beach (20 min wlaking) and supermarket (15min walking) and very close to the driveway, if you have a car is perfect to go explore the island. Communication with owners was perfect and we had all the informations we needed to know. A common pool is at your disposal at the residence as well as a mini market with lots of supplies. A thing that we rally like: there were lots of cats in the residence, we really love animals so it was very plesant to recieve their visits every day :)

The residence is an old aparthotel in which the appartements have been buyed by private owners and then rented for tourists, so the common places are bit old and "vintage". The bed is not so comfy, ok for 2-3 nights but for 2 weeks it gaves us bit of backpain. You will be a bit outside the city in a more.residencial area, it's good if you are seeking intimacy and calm, a bit less if you are willing to meet people. The atmosphère is a bit "everybody for itself". We are very social people, so we were missing this part of "meeting people" but it is very personal advice. Some important revonation works for the street where ongoing during our stay and we were quite bothered by that cause the appartement is close to the street, so waking up everyday (except weekend) at 7o clock by hard noises.... Not the faut of the owners or the appartement, but we would have preferred to know this détail before to come....
